Mrs. Erica Jordan

Assistant Principal Grades 3-5

¡Hola! I’m Erica Jordan, and I am thrilled to be entering my third year as one of the Assistant Principals at Kerley Elementary!

I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2008 with my Bachelor’s degree, and from Texas State University in 2023 with a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Principal Certification. I bring 12 years of classroom experience as a Bilingual Educator, 3 years as a Bilingual Math Interventionist, and 3 years as a School Administrator—all proudly served in HippoNation.

My family and I are proud residents of the Hutto ISD community, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving the students, families, and staff of HippoNation.

My ultimate goal is to foster a positive school environment where students are engaged, challenged, and valued, while supporting our amazing staff and building strong partnerships with our community.

Assistant Principal Grades Pre-K - 2

I am entering my 13th year in education, having taught grades K-3 in Pflugerville & Hutto ISD. I am excited to go back to Kerley Elementary where I once was a teacher and now I will be an Assistant Principal. I am a wife and a mother of 3 beautiful children. I enjoy spending time with my family, attending my kids extracurricular sports and running my business Brilliant Moments Event Planning!

I am a passionate administrator who stands for creating an inclusive and equitable environment for all students and staff to learn and grow.
